The Orwell Tour: Travels with George

Oliver has pursued his admiration for George Orwell by commencing a project to research, visit and write about the very many places Eric Blair (pen-name: George Orwell) lived or visited. Despite having died almost seventy years ago, much of Orwell’s analysis remains relevant and it was this pursuit of truth through the works of the writer that Oliver embarked on Travels with George. From June 2015 to March 2017 this will involve fifteen separate journeys encompassing travel from Scotland to Morocco.
